OCT-LOFT gives old factory buildings another chapter. In Shenzhen’s former OCT eastern industrial area, workshops were adapted for creative work while traces of the original structures were retained. The change offers a different way to read a city: through what has been kept as well as what has been added.

Start a future wander with a question. Look for a building detail that might belong to its earlier working life, then imagine another use for it. A friend may see something entirely different. You could leave with a small sketch or a shared question, without needing an exhibition or event to make the visit matter.
